Very much in love with my air fryer lately!
Trying out to make Bobby's favorite food of all --- Fried Chicken!
Super easy and no more messy and oily kitchen after that.
INGREDIENTS:
5 Chicken Wings
1 box of premade fried chicken flour OR mix your own by using 2 parts of corn flour and 1 part of plain flour
MARINADE:
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Sesame oil
Black pepper
White pepper
Pinch of salt
METHOD:
1. Separate the mid wings and the little drumstick.
2. Marinate the wings for at least several hours, preferable overnight which I did.
3. Right before frying, coat the wings with flour and lay out all the wings nicely and evenly on the basket.
4. Air fryer at 200° C for 15 minutes.
P/S: Since the marinade already contains sesame oil, I did not spray or brush any oil on the chicken again.
Happy Cooking!
