【私房菜】:My First Gluten Free Bread



My first gluten free, dairy free bread. Unfortunately, it failed.

My bread didn't rise at all, and I didn't know why. Perhaps, it's the yeast. So, some can still be eaten while some ended up in the trash can....


這是好幾個月前失敗的GFCF麵包。
屢試不成,還真有點氣餒。
還好,終于有一次成功了。


GFCF 麵包永遠不能與普通麵包比較。
口感和柔軟度是天淵之別。
GFCF麵包只有烤成土司才會好吃。

但是兒子很賞臉,如果我做GFCF麵包,雖然成品不好,他永遠還是我的頭號粉絲!♥
