【私房菜】:Lemon Rosemary Chicken


3 quartered legs
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 fresh lemon (juiced)
1 teaspoon Rosemary
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Kosher salt


1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, minced garlic and freshly ground black pepper into a mixing bowl.

2. Slice half of a lemon and place it underneath.

3. Pour over the mixture and marinate it with the quartered legs for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Pan sears the chicken both sides until lightly brown crisp, put it in the oven and bake it for an hour at 200ºC .

Notes: DON'T FORGET to cover the chicken with foil paper after it comes out from the oven to keep its moisture.
